Employee Relations TeamThe Employee Relations Office provides comprehensive services for employees and managers/supervisors as regards affirmative action, disciplinary procedures, diversity, employee assistance (EAP), equal employment opportunity, grievance, performance management, gender equity (Title IX), unlawful workplace harassment and workplace violence. The Employee Relations Office also provides counseling assistance to employees with complaints, concerns or grievances, or other workplace issues while providing consultative services to managers/supervisors in the
development of appropriate communications
regarding performance expectations and feedback.
