Performance Management Training Resources
We are now entering the final month of the SPA Performance Management cycle. Supervisors of SPA employees should begin making plans to complete the following Performance Management Tasks:
Remind employees of the upcoming appraisals for the 2011-2012 performance cycle ending April 30, and coach them in ways to complete any unmet objectives. Begin planning for performance review meetings to take place during the month of May for the 2012-2013 work plan year. Plan to submit completed 2011-2012 appraisals and work plan documents to divisional Vice Chancellors (or equivalent) by May 18, 2012. Please click here to access the latest work plan format.
Workshops: Access the Course Management System to register for Performance Management Overview workshops (category Leadership) scheduled for April 10 (9—10 am) or April 25 (2—3 pm). The full Setting Performance Expectations workshop (category Excell) takes place April 6, from 9 am until 12 pm.
