In the cases of resignation and retirement both the employee and university has responsibilities to ensure that the employee has the appropriate information, that the all outstanding obligations are settled, and that the university complies with all regulatory guidelines. Employees are expected to provide their supervisor a written notice of their resignation of their separation from the university. Upon receipt of this letter, you will be contacted by Human Resources for an exit interview appointment. During this session, we will discuss your exit, benefit information and an exit interview will be conducted by Kim Fisher, Employee Relations Manager. You will also be provided with an exit checklist to complete on your final day of employment.
